何も悪いことしてないのに..............
# 経緯
1. AWS アカウントに数年ぶりにログインしようとする
2. パスワードを忘れたのでリセットしようとする
3. メールに本人確認用の6桁のパスコードが届き、入力する
4. 「アカウントが一時的にロックされています」と表示され、ログインが不可能に...
# 具体的なエラー内容
アカウントの保護にご協力ください
お客様のアカウントで異常なアクティビティが検出され、一時的にロックされました。詳細については、カスタマーサービスにお問い合わせください。
# 後に以下のメールが届く
Hello,
We believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your account. To protect your information, we took the following actions:
-- Signed you out of risky active browser sessions
-- Deregistered risky devices
-- Reversed any modifications made by the unauthorized party
-- Canceled any pending orders
-- Disabled the password to your account. You can no longer use the same password for your account.
Please call Customer Service and ask to be transferred to the Account Change department to regain access to your account.
